Assisting our material handling crew and general labor duties as assigned. This position will report to our Manufacturing building that is located in Derwent, Ohio.

• Promote the company’s safety culture.
• Participate in daily huddle and safety meetings.
• Properly use, maintain and store all tools and materials used in the course of work.
• Assist welding crew including: material retrieval, handling pipe/structural, handling and placing stands and cribbing.
• Assist with flange makeups including: material retrieval, flange face preparation and torqueing. Break down flanges and temporary screwed pipe assemblies after hydro testing is completed.
• Assist with screw pipe installation including: retrieving material, install supports, measure, cut, thread and install pipe.
• Assist handling crew with removing completed pipe/structural assemblies from the building. Clean up stands and cribbing from removed spools.
• Assist with hydro testing set up to include: filling with water, bleeding air from test system, install various screwed assemblies to assist in testing, install extra cribbing as needed, etc.
• Assist after hydro testing with de-watering and general clean up.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
• Operate band saw to cut pipe and structural material to correct lengths.
• Operate overhead crane as needed to perform varies tasks.
• Fire watch as directed.
• Assist with Daily clean-up of work area.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Work will involve a manufacturing environment.
• General knowledge of manufacturing and/or industrial activities.
• Willingness and desire to learn.
• Must be able to bend, stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
